Dean Salita is the Chairman of the Minnesota Association for Justice’s Workers’ Compensation Division.

Mr. Salita is a member of WILG-The Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group, a national worker's compensation organization and is a board member.  He is the Chair of the Occupational Exposure section.

Mr. Salita has testified at the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council.  He is active in Legislative issues

Mr. Salita is in charge of the Continuing Legal Education seminar on behalf of employees’ attorneys and is a frequent lecturer.

Mr. Salita was also appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve as a Court-appointed arbitrator of Minnesota No Fault Insurance Disputes. He also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in all kinds of legal matters.

He has been a Super Lawyer and maintains the highest rating of AV rated by Martindale Hubble.
